No we're not crying. We're hyperventilating. Because if you scroll back up to the top of Gomez's caption you'll notice that the singer isn't just shading Kimye. She's implying that she is, in fact, struggling with postpartum depression too. What's more is that she posted this all in an Instagram Story, a status which is generally reserved for when you're trying to keep your big news to yourself.
Ally has since deleted the Instagram Story.
Even so, Gomez isn't the only star to bring up the topic of maternal depression in the wake of the Kardashian baby boom. On Monday, Jennifer Garner posted a similar quote on Instagram. The actor is also postpartum and wrote in her caption, "When the focus is all about the baby, it can often feel like motherhood has passed you by."

In a follow-up comment, Garner added, "And I know I'm not the only one!"

Moms everywhere, take note: Teasing Kim and Kanye on social media is certainly not the worst way to open up about your own experiences, and sharing your thoughts on postpartum depression in an Instagram Story is definitely the way to go.
